Corazón Pictures was founded in 1997 bringing two filmmakers together with a single vision to tell stories focusing on women from various cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds as main characters. Raquel Cecilia and Jacqui Frost combined their talents of producing, writing, directing and cinematography to create projects that include the award winning feature film Entwined, which screened in over 30 film festivals worldwide. They are currently in post-production on a feature length documentary about the life and art of Cuban born sculptor Ana Mendieta as well as developing a narrative feature about the artist's life.
